Coolant leak

Hi all
My 2008 Bol D'or has developed a coolant leak.
I've traced it to the RH side of the bike, as you're sitting on it.
You can see a silver/metal pipe running down that side of the bike from the rad down.
It's leaking at the top of that metal pipe where it goes into a short rubber hose.
Could it be just the clip that needs replacing?
Is it ok to replace with a jubilee clip?
I don't mind replacing the whole metal pipe and rubber hose if recommended.

Those clips are ****.
It's fairly common for them to leak.
Replace with 8mm stainless steel ones for a proper job.
Don't forget to do them all.

Replace with SS versions of the same type?
Any idea where I can order them?
The local dealer seems clueless, they were trying to sell me Kawasaki ones!

Hi! I replace the OEM clips with T-bolt clips such as these ACE 20mm to 22mm Zinc Plated Silicone Hose T-Bolt Clamps Clips x1 | eBay
If you do an Ebay search, you can find all sizes.

Aprilia (and MV Agusta for that matter) issue grim warnings regarding using other than the OEM type - why, I can only surmise that it's to make money. The 'cheapest' form of hose clip is probably a 'Jubilee' type . . but I've never had one of those fail either.

This type are good aswell, Stainless Steel Hose Clips Silicone Friendly 16-25mm pr | eBay they have rolled edges & the worm drive is stamped into the band instead of cut right through. The other type will tear & cut into your hoses especially silicone ones.
BTW there is no need to use the clip together hose fixings it's just Aprilia trying to rip us off

This has got me thinking that I hope the ones that came with the Samco coolant hose kit are the right type now - not ear clips!
Only arrived today and not had a full inspection other than matching shiny red samco hose to deteriorating aprilia black-ish hose.

Thanks for all the advice, but is there one definitive size I should go for?
The above suggestions seem to range from 8mm to 22mm?

Hi all, apologies for asking again, but any idea what diameter I need to order for the hose in question?
I ordered some rolled edge jubilee clips off ebay, but they're nowhere near the right diameter, far too small.
See photo below with pipe in question.
You can just make out some blue coolant leaking out the bottom clip.

Get a set of vernier gauges & just measure the diameter of the hose when it's fitted to the pipe & then get a clip with that diameter roughly in the middle of the range.
