Thought there was some sort of special one to use in the Mille? I understand that the best way to refil them is on the sidestand, is that correct?
As far as I know all you have to ensure is that the coolant you use is nitrite free and anti-corrosive.

Edit: Guys if you do use normal anti freeze make sure it's OK for aluminium engines, use the wrong one and it'll eat your engine in no time.
Is a myth that antifreeze is bad for alu engines, the old methanol antifreeze is what your on about and you cant buy it anymore. All antifreezes are also summer coolants and contain anti corrosive properties. blue , green & red are supposedly 1yr 3yr & 5 yr antifreezes
I used around a 60/40 mix, 60% anti freeze to 40% water for the R1 and that seemed about right so I suppose that it will be okay for the RSV too.
