Comp and rebound asjusters???

Alright guys n gals,

Can anyone tell me how many turns from fully in to fully out there are on your comp and rebound adjusters on Showa forks???

I seem to have on 4 complete turns??? Does the preload setting affect this???#

Seems little to me!!!!:dunno

No preload has nothing to do with the damping adjustment of either compression or rebound ... yes there is very little adjustment on the showa forks which is abit of their downfall in being able to find a good setup for the front end ... The early Showa forked Milles I service & setup their suspension on have a small range of ajustability which limits a compliant front end feel & feed back , so usually get he forks kitted with a Racetech goldvalve system & reshim them so suit , also use Ohlins 19CST oil .. This tranforms the front & gives them afair bit more workable adjustment
