Just fitted the one I knocked up at work.

think you'll like it for sure..quite surprising

are you running any other mods ? needs a decent can and airfilter and a chip is even better
 
K&N with the bigger inlet off early bike, no can yet but one on the way soon, Carbon Can Co twin outlet stainless.
Plan to get a Gabro or Dr Rossi when funds allow, how much is a chip anyway?
Butt Dyno says: feels smoother through midrange, pops up at less effort in 1st but no 2nd gear power wheelies like I expected! Maybe once the can is on ill see a difference?
 
think 50-75 euros for a chip

if you are runnibg a standard can then as soon as thats off you'll notice a difference..sort of gone the wrong way round it but you'll get there in the end :)

have you changed the gearing at all really makes a difference as well
 
gearing is +2 rear not checked front yet, can is on its way next week. I dont the collector mod because I can do that myself at work for free!!!
 
I dont know about dr rossi but gabro chips like redrat said are about 75euros... Mind i saw someone on here selling them for 100euros.... I would buy mine of him.....
 
Not thrashed it yet!! with DB killers inserted it sounds to quiet and not deep enough, with them out it is really fookin loud!!!
I have put one in one out to try out.

Nice job will be doing the exhaust mod when winter comes ,have just bought Evo airkit airbox seal off Ebay,and will be getting chip . Keep us posted how easy it is to fit and how it all performs.
 
not quite as simple as that unless you are very lucky.
had to loosen the front header pipe from the engine but then it just slips off after un-clipping the springs.

The bike runs fookin ace. transformed it really.
Just need to get TB's synced.

not just on the flat (maybe with a tug on the bars or off/on the power) but catseyes get a good wobble on and crests will have her lift in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
 
Sounds like fun! I have had mine lift in fourth over a crest on the throttle... cant wait to get a proper feel for the bike :doug
