S spoonz Guest Jan 31, 2009 #2 Remove the pivot pin which is held in place by a circlip on the underneath of the lever. Take the piston pushrod off the old lever and fit it to the new lever and refit on the M/C with the pivot pin again.

J Jussi Guest Feb 1, 2009 #5 Apply some heat to the small allen screw - it will ease the loosening a lot and you dont brake the screw. Yes i broke one... but with heat it comes off nicely.
