Welcome. I recently just bought my Tuono and I have a problem with a slipping clutch. from what I know that the previous owner poured the wrong oil. I've already bought a scooter Eni Agip 15W50. By the way, I decided to check the clutch plates. According to the manual Rotax V990 whole set should have a minimum of 44.9 mm and mine, when measured to 47mm. Do you think that I should immediately replace the discs? or just change the oil? thanks for the reply.

hello and welcome .! with reference to your slipping clutch , I would drain the old oil first then refill with correct grade motorcycle oil NOT car oil . also check operation of clutch slave and master , and bleed if necessary .

if clutch is still slipping I would take out the clutch plates and clean them with a solvent cleaner , or methylated spirits and try again

best of luck dude !!

I understand that Eni oil 15W50 Scooter is right? :) Can immediately clear the methylated spirits because I have them on top. What do you think about the thickness? 44.9 mm minimum and I have 47mm. Is it a lot 2mm?

No!
The clue is in its title,....that oil is recommended for 4 stroke scooters.Use Motul,Putoline,or similar.

They are within the wear limit,so should be ok.Clean them up,then give them a light sanding with wet and dry paper.(Both steels and friction)Someting like 120 grit will be ok,...dont go too mad.

I ask because I see in Poland authorized service Aprilia recommend is this oil :) This is equivalent to Agip 15W50 4TEC the market is gone. Now the same oil called iRideScooter Eni's Agip 15W50. But it's good. if so recommend it will apply. Clearing it with methyl alcohol and take a ride with a thickness of sandpaper 120 What purpose is the sandpaper?

What purpose is the sandpaper?
To rough the plates up.If the clutch is slipping, the plates may have glazed.

One more thing,...are you sure the clutch lever is adjusted correctly? If the lever pin has been screwed in too far the plates can slip.

check it out because it does not fit me something from the pin in the handle. Apparently operating normally but the original assumption handle and see if it will be the same. Is the movement of the clutch handle is immediately resisted the move first temporary idle? I understand that the pin can not be pushed too much in the pump? right?

Yes.if the pin is screwed in too far,the fluid will be under pressure,....therefore lifting the plates.
If the bike has been fitted with a replacement lever sometime,it could be the pin is in the wrong place.

Btw,...I love your translation,...makes it sound like a Shakespear play.:thumbup

The English apologized in advance: D I studied German for 10 years. And just in speaking English, the letter worse :)

And with that handle check and let you know. And there are some established Chinese suspect because they do not look for a brand :)

Hello :) and after the break, however, the issue turned out to be a Chinese handle clutch is Precisely this pin. Shortened, worked and is approximately Yet immediately replaced the oil and filter, clutch plates and springs. Thank you for your suggestions. Alone in my life I can not hit: D
Question And now for something completely different. In winter, I Mentioned the complete drive. What is best to choose a gear system? I do not care for speed. 520 chain?
