Just swapped my clutch lever out last night, managed to get the securing grub screw out of the adjustment plunger, and then blue loctited it back in the new lever.I did this on the bench and positioned the adjuster the same as before in the indentation notch in the thread. I went for a spin and the cluch felt strange for some reason, like it kept catching gears etc. (not clearing?)
My question is; Is there a procedure for this?,Can I tell if there is a tiny bit of play between the plunger and the piston? shall i put the bike on a stand and see if is driving in 1st with the cluch in?( it always did this a bit even before i messed with it!)Cheers.
