Hey there, I have just fitted a 2004 Tuono clutch basket to my 2000 RSV Mille. You need to fit the Tuono oil pump plastic gear that goes on the back of the clutch basket as well, as the RSV one has different mounting method and won't fit on to the back of the Tuon clutch basket. The other thing to note is that the Primary drive gear that is bolted on the back of the basket is a matched pair with the one that is on the crankshaft, so technicaly you should also fit the primary drive gear that matches, although when I compared them I couldnt see any obvious differences. Other than that, it is a straight fit, and mine works just great! Good luck.
