Guy just doing the reverse bleed method for my clutch using dot 4, do i need special high temp fluid?

nope Dot 4 is fine..if you want a slightly high temp resist. fluid then you can run 5.1
DO NOT run Dot 5 Silicone Fluid

Dot 4 is is less hygroscopic..so it won't soak as much moisture as quick as Dot 5.1...however 5.1 has better heat characteristics and IMO gives better breaking when yer really jamming em...Dot 4 is all round general purpose and good for lower and med. to hard breaking style/use
Disclaimer: only in my opinion, but i'm no expert.:coocoo

I did put cheap Halfords fluid in my clutch and it kept getting air in it. Gone to a more expensive Wurth fluid now that states that it has a very high boiling point and so far no problems.

Moral being, buy good quality fluid :idea
