Clutch and Front Brake bleed.

I changed the fluid in the clutch yesterday and it doesn,t seem quite right. While I was bleeding it, the lever went rock hard and wouldn't come right back to bar. I've been out today on it and it's not smooth anymore when you change gear. Biting points about a millimetre from bar but wasn't before.

Also did same with front brake and although the lever feels solid, the brakes aren't a patch on what they were. When I bled the brakes, a bit of fluid leaked onto the discs but I cleaned them up with Wurth brake cleaning fluid so thought would be ok. Guessing fluids got onto pads but I thought this cleaning fluid sorted that.

hi bud ,can you feel any vibes or sort of rumbble coming through the lever when you pull it in ?? try pulling your clutch in and look at the clutch casing on the right hand side of the engine see if it moves out any could be the clutch bearing on the way out mate .
for the brakes try a back bleed from the nipple to the master :ie oil can with tube full of brake fluid and pump till master is full.might do the trick mate..

Yes mate, I can feel summat thru clutch lever that wasn't there before. Rumbling, clicky type thing. I've tied both clutch and brake levers back to bars and will see if that does owt in morning. Got loads of brake fluid tho so might try and bleed them again. Thing is , they both feel solid. loads of pressure but summats wrong.

No one got owt to offer. No advice or fuckall. This site used to be a mine of information with some good lads here all helping each other.
