Sorry to hear that and glad there was no serious injury.
Classic high risk scenario, whereby motorist is distracted by car driver on main road waiting for oncoming vehicle to pass before turning right, and thinks the chap is letting him out... But then commits the cardinal sin of failing to look right before doing so.
- The hedge/wall doesn't enhance his view along main road... but that's exactly why all motorists need to do a final check before exciting.
Easily spotted after the event, but ride like everyone is trying to kill you and we should survive!
That said, this incident was 101% the fault of the moron that pulled out!

well we got ou last nite, she rode my toy (09 zx6r) decided to get out of town and down some long rodes without many stops, some of you may know, the zx has a sweet spot on the rev counter starting @8k, its the green section and runs to 16k
i asked her if she got into the green, she replied once! yay!!!
ill get her out a few more times before replacing her bike!

That car driver should get summoned for due care and attention at least,do something wrong on a bike and you get nailed no question :no hopefully all ok with you both now but that was lucky
