happens to me once in a while, could be days, weeks or months.....but it will happen lol, just go to start my bike, itl splutter and then start and the clocks have reset, its annoying but its fine after that, just wandered for the reason?

Exactly the same as you described used to happen to my 02 mille but I've been through all the connections now and touch wood it hasn't happened in a real long time.

I hate to ask, but im lazy what batt would i go for, i did know a couple months ago through searching on here but if someone knows off the top of their head its easier 
I have already got the solenoid and was ment to get the batt but never got round to it..
I have already got the solenoid and was ment to get the batt but never got round to it..There is a mod for the clocks to help with resetting. Won't stop it if the batt is knacked but helps otherwise.
