Clocks on my rsv 2001

Hi guys , recently changed my undertray which was a bugger to do, front forks and rear wheel on my mille ,for some reason the right hand side of my clocks is just displaying diag 1 since doing the changes does anyone have a suggestion why this could be happening and any ideas what i should be checking???????cheers!!
 
You plugged the diagnostic wires in by mistake when you put it all back together?

Remove the RHS under seat side panel and there's a small bullet type connector amongst the larger plug in connectors. That should be unplugged for normal use.

Cheers jon ill give it a go,it took a while to start too!! Kept saying no start after trying for a while it started.
