Need help please, turned the key on today and the digital dash display isn't working properly can't read anything on the dash just lines on it the bike still starts and the rev counter etc work but nothing on the digital bit? Any advice would be great thanks

Condensation /damp/poor connection/etc
It sounds like it needs to be dried out, someone will be along shortly with proper advice....

The LCD display is connected to the circuit board by a 'ribbon' connector. There is a simple plastic clip that holds the ribbon against the pcb. It's not uncommon to get moisure trapped between the ribbon and the pcb giving the results you describe.
Your options are:

wait for it to dry out hopefully leaving you with a decent connection (but it'll probs fail again)

open clocks (see threads on AF1) and have a shot at fixing it (you have nothing to loose)

replacement clocks £80 ish s/hand, or £300 new. (if you go s/hand, make sure youi have the code for the replacements)

Good luck.
