FFS min ... that bike is abso-feckin-lutely spotless!

Please tell me how you clean the chain ... what you use to do it and what lube you use after.

I scrub mine with a paint brush and parafin ... then spray it with a bit of lube and within 50 miles it looks pash again.

I note however (and with some degree of disappointment) that the third lawn strip from the fence is a full 4mm wider than its neighbours.

is that yer lassie daein the gardening Sean (pic2) Hope shes keepin up the high standards?

Bikes lookin fit by the way min

That down-comer on the garage looks a bit wonky.

Seany, looks like you ahve been spending too much time on the T & ignoring the basics.

Your bike does look too nice to get dirty though.

same as yer sel dude,, kerosene, or petrol if a run oot,,, an use a tooth brush,,, dip it in the stuff every 10 or so links,,, then a spin the wheel while a hold an old rag to take the overspill aff the side plates, i use wurth dry chain lube, its the nuts, no throw aff, even when its just pit oan, once its lubed up, a get the old rag, spray wd40 in it, an pinch the chane ,again tae tak the oversprayed lube aff the plates, then gie the wheel a quick goin ower wi the wd in aw,,, hey presto shiny shiny,,,,, aye i see whit ye meen aboot the gress strips,,,,, ill get it sorted

I never even saw your wife ... and had to go back to the original photos to confirm.

If a gazelle, The noo (Scottish Gnu) or Wildebeast (Bathgate - Dreadnought) ever sets foot, paw, pad (wtf feet have them animals got?) on your currently irregular striped lawn ... it's feckin dead.

On that note ... perhaps a forum BBQ at your gaff?

I use muc off chain cleaner, wurth is good too. Muc off dry lube is good but does fling, the best lube I've used is s doc100, it's expensive but worth it.
