Clear Lenses

Based upon a suggestion that I received regarding my 2008 T, I was thinking about putting clear lenses on the turn signals and back light. That was until I discovered that Aprilia asks over $200 for a clear back lens. I can find replacement led bulbs that will work (swap out with standard bulb), but what's up with the cost for a clear piece of plastic? I also sent an inquiry to www.clearalternatives.com asking that they consider adding the late model Tuonos to their list of bikes. Hopefully, someone will come up with a reasonably priced solution. I can see $20 to $30 bucks for an led bulb and maybe another $75 for a clear lens, but $200 for a clear piece of plastic is nuts. Am I missing something here? Does the $200 part include more than a piece of plastic? Is this 'special' plastic?

Bargain

Hell, yes J it's very special and I'm surprised they can do it for only 200!
Designed over long nights by a group of Uni Graduates, who searched the world (china) for the best quality material (plastic) and then lovingly crafted by hand the perfect turn signal solution using the latest laser technology...my god I'm moist just thinking about it. You should be ashamed of yourself for not offering up your cash without delay! LOL
Happy New Year All.
