stripped it down last night and found a few things I wasn't expecting.
I've changed the front wheel over to the straight one with the good disc's and inflated tyre and i've stripped the majority of smashed parts.
Two things I didn't notice or count on is that ;
1, the frame apears to have a crack on one of the lugs the subframe bolts to. Welding wont be a problem but it looks slightly bent too.
2, the exhaust system has a massive ding just above the side stand and is bent out of shape.
i'l get some pictures of the bent parts tomorrow, the subframe is shocking. Its put one hell of a dint in the ecu too.
Everything on the left hand side of the bike is bent everywhich way and even the oil tank has a lovely crease/dint in it.

It looks like someone has stripped some of the edwards parts of it too at some point and swapped for std parts.
main jobs to do:-
*replace broken water 't' piece above right hand rad
*fit new subframe on three bolts till i've proved the bike then get welded
*fit new undertray
*see if I can use my brothers mx pipe blower to sort out the akrapovic system
*fit new lock stop
*find out why their is no oil showing in the hold tank
and then try and get it running to check that the gearbox etc isn't buggered before going any futher
