I have a motobike shop next to me and i believe that they can balance the carbs but they havent got the aprilia C02 equipment.

If they balance the carbs is it useless without the CO2 being done at the same time??

Might not be a good idea to tell me..........;but wouldnt mind knowing anyway

Tim, stop playing with the bike or you'll end up renting a ride for the TT trip.

Best thing to do is to stop off at Griffs on the way home from the TT and get the bike sorted.

The only "screw" that needs setting is the one that holds his head on !!!!

Tim........As Alan said, Step away from the bike, or we'll shoot !! :)

You nasty lot.:biggrin

Mate there is no universal setting for the Tb's etc cos every bike fuels differently.
Without a vac guage or a Gas anlayser the best you can do is by ear so best left alone if you don't have the gear.

They do run much sweeter once set though. especially if they have been done by the aprilia tech manual which has the mechanic set them way to lean (emission gumph) and makes the bike surge and very abrupt.
