well after 35 yrs biking looks like might be getting first 3 points and a fine..nip arrived this morning ..doing 40 in a 30 ..oh well maybe they will offer the speed awareness course

I think you only get offered the awareness courses if you get caught more than once.

Did it arrive within 14 days of the offence ?
Ask 4 pics or vid to see if you Id the rider as you do not know who was riding her
Ask 4 the date of testing 4 the laser gun and cert to say operator is trained to use the laser
Got of with more than 1 this way
