ok... indicators are not a problem for me... got use to them very very quickly... but living in London with :jack cagers changing lanes without checking mirrors or signalling is becoming dangerous... cos no matter how many times i try... i just cant find the horn button to warn them of my impending doom because of their crazy manoeuvres !! :rant

iv practiced lots of times going for the horn button... but when actually needed... just cant do it... so thinking of placing a independant button (Maplins) wired up for the horn & fitting it under the indicators... what do you think... i just find it very frustrating not getting the horn... lol !? :dunno

You could always get a cheap motorcross kill switch button, and take a seperate feed to another horn fitted on the bike.

Me, i personally always replace my bike horns with vauxhall car horns as they are much louder than any bike horn, and the noise normally wakes the sleepin cager up.

Youll get used to it dont worry

And it was worth while putting an air horn on aswell and mount it in the rear cowling.

In the rear cowling......

I havn't got space for my baccy tin, what with alarm, tool kit, pc3 and inforad, :biggrin

let alone a bloody big air horn.

If i needed to make that much noise, it's usually too late as i'm flying through the air after they have already hit me.............

Hey, I switch between a Jap plodder and my Mille-R, and it always take me a while to get used to the different position of the indicator and horn. The jap has a stebel 106db horn, while my Mille-R has a horn that sounds like Julian Clary. So, in an emergency, I normally pull the clutch and twist the wrist. The get the message, loud and clear, very loud.
