Just a quickie, looked at hiring a van and at £145 for the 3 days i'd need it for decided not to bother and ride up ( hope the weather warms up !! )
My query is this, as i cant carry much, could i be cheeky and blag the use of somebodies tools etc if needed.. I'll need to remove mirrors and tape stuff up etc..
Cheers chaps, fingers crossed that someone will be bringing a van and stuff...

I think I am seeing double - I've just read the same thing twice I think?

I'll second that. Yo've done cadwell a few times Bat, whats the wet weather grip like there ??

It's good - but be careful under the tress, Barn especially can be slippery. TBH these days I go for a cuppa if a session is raining, it's just not worth it for me.
 
Hear what your sayin but its a 500 mile round trip for me so, i'm gonna paddle around ( slowly ) even if it does rain, not that it will, theres gonna be a heatwave lol !!
 
It will be interesting to see if they have done any resurfacing this winter, last couple of years they have been re doing parts of the track in the closed season. I never feel 100% confident on new tarmac when it's damp, it always looks a bit greasy.
 
mmmm, greasy tarmac, rain, semi slick tyres...........we must all be mental !!!
 
Griff will be their mate. Obviosuly he's their to ride but said he'll have the tool box in the van just incase so I'm sure you'll be fine :thumbup

Can't wait. Always wanted to do Cadwell & now on a bike I just love. Be cool to catch up with some of you ugly bastards again too, rock on the 18th, yeeeehaaaah!
 
Hi, hoping to get to Cadwell on 18th and meet some of you, nice to put a face to some usernames. Not booked on the trackday but would be good to have a ride out and watch and LISTEN to the twins taking over Cadwell.

I would love to Robbo but I'm skint at the mo. Just bought the T and had to buy new riding kit as well so totally wiped me out of any cash I had. Plus work committments would prevent me from being able to be there all day. I will definitely try and get there for a couple of hours to meet you all though.
