Buying an RSV Mille / R

Hi all,

I am looking for a really nice Mille now. Any advice on what to look for , and what mods are essential, any recalls to know about etc, would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I'm not trying to hijack the OP thread here so apologies if that is how it seems, I just thought it might be worth mentioning I'm after a Millie too! :)

I'm looking for a low mileage example on as late a plate as possible 07/08/09 Budget depends on bike really - My mate recently got an 09 registered millie factory with Akrapovic cans, seat cowl with less than 5K on the clock for £5300. Which I think was an exceptional deal.

I'm Based in South Wales but willing to travel for the right bike.
