My first post on here so please go easy on me.
I'm looking at buying a 2011 Tuono V4 APRC. Unfortunately, I had to sell my newer S1000r and look for something a little more reasonable in price. I didn't want to sacrifice too much in handling and power.
The bike has 20,000 miles on it but will full service history in the book to 14,000. He did the last one himself and has the receipts for the oil and filters. He also has the proof of valve clearances at 14,000.
Gearbox has been rebuilt at the cost of £1000 with receipt and was done due to shredding 4th gear. i'm told he has never tracked it.
Overall, the bike is in great condition visually with a lot of trick parts and Arrow GP2 exhaust with race Map, 2 keys and all MOT documentation.
Is there anything else I should be looking for? Chain appears to have barely any wear, no signs of it being dropped etc.......
I usually buy from a dealer but with this being private, it's always worth asking the experts.
