there are many and varied solutions to this issue, i suggest we go through them one at a time and you give feed back on the result..

Could try packing one o them vibrating 'love eggs' into the bump, might help a bit but then may cause her to fall off the back of the bike after a while ;-)
hi aprilia make a comfort seat got one on mine when I got the bike never been used so don't know if there any good
