whenever we go on one of the routes i will post it on here Gary so we can hopefully meet a few fuds on the way :thumbup when i do that route my plan is to stay at the Brittania in Standish overnight and run to Rivvie the next morning :yes

Is that Wynrose or Hardknot pass ?

Been over both of them once each.

They are a bit "challenging".:eek2

Already looking fwd to the spring to check them out, fingers crossed for some some sun.

Just wondering, if you total all the suggested routes up, whats the mileage ?

Are you planning to co-incide any of them with fud fests etc ?

will do where possible and the intention as mentioned earlier is to meet as many fuds on route as possible

if we get a good summer i fancy the trek up for a couple of them ,probably throw the bike in the van the day before and get a b&b

The roads are very narrow up their around both passes, the summit at Hardknot pass is blind as well.
A good stop off point on the way up (for food & bottle gone pills) is the Bowerhouse Inn at Eskdale.
It would depend on which way your going.
Room for two in the van Paul? LOL
