Bridgestone BT-016 190/55 on Mille

Just wanted to know if anyone has fitted the BT-016 on a Mille (specifically the '00.5). Just want to know if I should take the risk of getting these and possibly dealing with chain rub on the tire or stick to the trusty 'ol 180/55

I had one fitted to my Falco, which had a mille swinger.
The tyre did clear the chain but there wasn't much room left.

Got the 016 on my 03 model but it`s the 190/50/17 no probs

got a 190 on my 99 mille not 55 profile. it couldn't be any closer to the chain. i know of someone using 016s' 55 profile on their mille and has no issues i don't think.

Im running a BT 016 190/55 & no rub at all,bike came with 190/50 qualifier & they rubbed,I think it's down to manufacturer & not always tyre size

I have a 05 and so far have run 190/55 Pirelli supercorsa bsb and Dunlop 209 GPr tyres with no problem at all
