Breaking 04 Gen 2 RSVR

Afternoon all,

Just about to pull apart a clean 04 RSVR. All pretty much standard, Showa forks, 4 pad axial Brembo calipers, radial master cylinders etc.

Engine has just has a sprag change and stator replaced. Can't warrant the mileage but I'd be surprised if it's covered more than 10k given the limited history I have and the general overall condition. Frame is HPI clear.

Bodywork is a bit crap & mis-matched, but I've loads of Gen 2 panels floating around from other bikes.

A few parts are already spoken for....
Top yoke
Clip ons
RH headlamp
Clocks
Wheels
Front indicators

I'll be tackling the strip early next week.

Hi. I have got a 2005 Factory Aprilia rsv1000r in Silver and I am looking for a rear seat cowl and an after market exhaust. Mine has twin pipes. Have you got either?? Thanks

Hi,

Got a black pillion seat cowl, inch long chunk taken out of the paint on the top surface but otherwise great. Pair of Pipe Werks cans, stainless with black wrap, baffled but quite loud. RH link pipe is scuffed. PM me if they're of interest.

Hi,

Do you have fuel pressure regulator? It is the tiny vacuum operated valve that is bolted on to the left side of TBs.

Speedo sensor ? Assuming it will fit my 2000 rsv

Hi I've got a ohlins standard steering damper for 2nd gen I'm missing all the nuts bolts and long spacer to fit it under the yoke do u have these parts thanks

See you're sorted on aprilia.me d-iivil, if not I'll have one

Speedo sensor gone

No damper fitted to that bike so no fastenings

Hello Paul, I realise that you posted your thread a few years ago now but I wondered if you still have the brake lever. i.d like to buy it if you do. Thanks, Andrew

Mate, the bike was broken in 2014, all long gone now

I have got one if Paul hasn't
