Just booked my first trackday of the year ... 17th May at Brands Hatch Whoop Whooop .
Taking 3 of me mates along as well and they havent done one yet so should be a laugh and they are already saying they are gonna kick my *** and lap me Hah , Bikes are ..
Speed triple

We know they arent gonna catch the mighty T round a track , even with a complete **** like me on it :thumbup

Embarrassing if they do though

I was actually faster on my 98 zx6r trackbike last year than I was on the rsv but It was still in road spec and oem fairings etc

may see you there shotgun as intending to do Brands this year,and Silverstone,and oulton park etc etc etc !!!
 
Is it the Indy circuit?
I manage to lap quicker on my CB500 than on the T!!!!!!!!!!!

Great little circuit though, diving off the the end of the start finish blind into paddock hill bend fan f**king tastic

Yeh its the indy circuit , i would be faster round there on roller skates than the T cause im always worried about putting her in the kitty litter !

Your not allowed to come Dave as you may make me look stupid ...... then again that aint hard !
Be nice to do loads this year but its a ******* expensive hobbie what with b&b , fuel etc etc .

tell me about it,fuel,tyres,beer, dunno why we do it........oh actually i do, theyre addictive. I can wobble round at a reasonable pace ( i think ) always somebody much much better though !!

Ah beer ..... thats the biggest expense out of em all !
Always someone faster , just when you think your going like **** .... whoooosh .....some ****** on a 20 yr old bike makes you look like your going backwards !

shotgun, youre from my neck of the woods, you ever ridden llandow in south wales ? only a very small track but good fun and cheap !!
 
No i havent mate , sounds good if its cheap and better if its small n twistie !
 
just under a mile round and fairly twisty. We hired it for the day on an open pit lane basis and midweek was £1200 i think ( was 3 years ago ) sounds a lot but if 20 of you go thats £60 a head !! ALL DAY...fast bikes use it a lot for their testing.
 
All we need is 20 then , i can get 5 so just need another 15 and well sorted !
