On the way to work this morning felt like the brakes where stuck on stopped cut the bike out started again and it was fine? Pretty sure it's not the brakes

Coming to a stop ill have the clutch pulled in and its the same untill I restart and it will be fine? Its not running a 100% but I thibk thats down to a faulty map sensor intermittent rough idle and low rpm.im hopeing its not the engine
