OK..I dd a search and found nothing, so here is my question. I am about to do a customers 2001 RSV Mille and it needs a new body. Finding bodywork is pretty much impossible. Finding the newer model 2004+ is fairly easy. Has anyone converted to the newer body? I know new lights are required that would be fine, I like that body look anyways. Or has anyone done a different model front upper/lower on the bike? Thanks for the help, I had him buy the bike as i love them and the price was right, just needs some cosmetic upgrades and a few mods (like call me crazy but I want to convert it BACK to duel exhausts from the single it has on it now!!)

LOVE that body!! Dont see a price for the upper/lower though. Tried his site someone listed but it didnt seem to be an active website.

its GENI so what you have. The GENI's didn't come with dual exhaust systems - the Haga and Edwards reps came with a dual exhaust kit that you could install but all the rest had 2-1 systems.
There are guys that have installed the GENII bodykits but imo the Jester Kit is the way to go, he's done the paintwork himself and as you say SM ....... fantastic!!! :thumbup

guys on AF1 have fitted gen 2 to gen 1 bikes and theres a guy thats fitted a mv augusta fairing and ducati seat unit looks pretty good
While i LOVE the Jesters body the Pound to USD conversion would make it quite pricy plus shipping I would say..the tail alone is over $500US. The Gen2 bodies are eaier to find and much cheaper. Now if I can just find the threads on AF1 that show what folks have done!!

Its a massive job converting. Subframe needs shortening, narrowing and mountings need turning 90 degrees. New fixing holes for tank, seat. New modified seat, tank bracket, wiring doesnt fit in the narrower frame, battery needs changing/modifying, all relays need re-mounting, no room for rectifier, side panels need modifying. New exhaust, the list is endless. Trust me. PM me if you want matey and if your serious about changing but don`t be thinking its an easy mod because it isnt.

I was just going to change the upper/lower. I like the tail and tank, those will stay.
