Well its all very well saying how great a certain company is, so lets have a thread where we can name and shame a company who doesn't do what there supposed to.

Only input the truth, then you can't be had for libel etc:devious

I nominate UltimateParts

They pissed me about for three whole months in ordering some parts for my Aprilia, it wasn't until I threatened legal proceedings that they refunded my monies.

Zero out of 10 for customer service and the same again for customer communication skills.

frank shepherds lancaster really bad communication and management in my humble opinion of course

As i said in one of my previous threads M & S in Newcastle for servicing/warranty work - using no nails to fix an electrical fault rather than resoldering a broken wire.

Also while i am on my soap box, i know of 4 people who told me that they dropped their bikes while they were servicing them!
