I torn the ligament in my right knee I can nearly bend my leg enough to get in in the footrest of my mille. Is there anything aftermarket that can lower the footrest to make things abit more pain free or is it just the adjustable rear sets that are out there?

Sympathise with the knee issue fella, I've got a metal one now

MHP make footrest hangers that basically have a rotating peg, can lower (or raise, or take rearwards) the height by about 20mm. I've a manky old set for a Gen 2 you're welcome to try out to see if that helps?

They're for a Gen 2, 04 onwards. If that's your bike can I suggest chuck me a fiver for postage (unless you're close to Bicester & can collect), try them out, if they help & you want to keep say £30, if they're not helpful just post them back.
