I have not got one on my bike but some times i **** my self when it starts to shake so may be you do need it as back up i need to get one

:dunnowould like it repaired as its an ohlins + its part of the bike, not sure where maybe send it away
:thumbupyeh good point came from the factory with one fitted needs to go back on
you should be able to send it to anybody who rebuilds shocks...k-tech amongst others..theres some firm on ebay advertising shock rebuilds for around 80-90 quid...sure they can do them
