Best tank off sequence?

Hi all following my last post decided I need to get the tank off to clear the blocked fuel filler drains.
Have lifted the tank and can see the drain lines at the rear of the tank.
However my large mits can't reach in there.
Whats the best sequence and technique to lift the tanks off the bike.

Seat off,side /thigh panels if a98-00 bike,front tank bolts off......then the 4 at the back..disconnect fuel hose lift tank right off bike...if you are clearing the drain tubes they are inside the tank..remove pump and drain tank

2002 mille remove side fairing disconnect quick release fuel coupling remove jubilee clip and fitting from pipe coming from tank and drain fuel into can remove high pressure hose from right hand side of engine it is connect with a banjo bolt the fuel sender connect should be under the seat region you will have to follow wire back once tank is off there is no need to remove pump you will only need to take out filler cap the alloy nipples are on bottom of tank right hand side of bike. I find. An airline from the fuel filler works best..
