Not sure if Allan Duffus still does Aprillia.
Failing that Saltire Suzuki in edinburgh, where I bought my bike, there mechanic used to work in an aprilia dealer and is very good. There number 0131-4786661. Avoid Jim Allens in falkirk, nothing but horror stories for servicing, good for getting parts though.
