Iam lookin at replacing the 8 pads on my front brembo's and was hoping someone could recommend a decent make ??

I agree, Brembo all the way, a little more expensive than EBC or Ferrodo but well worth it

Sensei, I found the EBC HH's i fitted to be too wooden in feeling with no inital bite, so i replaced them with some new std Brembo's and the difference was 2 fold, bite, feel and power

Bendix or performance Friction are the choice for the track, but I don't know what their road pads are like. EBC are a mile off once the pace get hot as they transfer too much heat and boild the fluid (this probblem was on a BSS Duc 749 which used the same calipers as the RSVRs, so it will probably be worse on a heavier RSV).

The track pads are not road use friendly.

Have to agree with the gents re EBC pads, they are just not great. Initial bite is harsh, then there is not a great deal of feel after the bite. Trying out Braking CM55's from Talon at the minute, all good so far, will know more once a dry track day comes along, but in the wet they are superb thus far :thumbup

Have " Braking Wave " disc's on my bike so that may be why they work better than the Brembo pads did on the same dics's :dunno

Where can you buy OEM Brembo pads apart from Aprilia themselves? Will I have to re-mortgage?

I have just got a set of 8 from bike torque racing £92 for all 8 and free next day delivery i got them through ebay but there number is 01373 464252
