Come share the highs and lows of your biking heritage,

For me the best was my 1994 rgv250, low weight high power. Given the current price of 2 strokes I wish I had kept it

My worst was a early 90's GSX600F I brought it thinking it would be good for some cheap touring but I found really hard to enjoy riding it any distance :(

Worst have all been Kawasaki's. 2 stroke triples, used more cranks than fuel and constant niggling faults. Z550 again constant electrical faults. GPZ750 engine made out of cheese and rest of bikes build quality horrendous. ZX9R B1 engine again, head gasket blew at 18k (well known fault on that model I later found).

Yam R1, lovely bike but let down by a weak gearbox.

Hondas problem free

Suzukis Same

Aprilia RSV had it longest of all bikes owned, and apart from alternator failing at 39k (now 60k) has been trouble free.

worst bike.....dare i admit it here.....250 superdream did the job for tramping to work and back though!
 
Best (most accomplished) my S1000RR

One I'd save first in a fire, my 01 RSV

Worst, christ where do I start? My old GSXR superstocker that demanded more attention than a Big Brother contestant & gave nothing back apart from more grief
 
best was my daytona 675.

worst was my first road bike. fizzy 50. think i remember about 18 rebuilds over a year

Ah, I had a Superslug about 85, so underpowered I had to redline it to get up the incline of garden path. Reliable though.

ive had some shocking bikes in my time but they were by far the biggest pieces of ******* ive ever owned....did the job though!
 
Worst bike with out a shadow of doubt Ducati monster, frickin hopeless, wouldnt pull Granny off the potty !!! best bike I still own RG500 Gamma, best bike I still have but im breaking 2001 Blue RSV Mille had it from new loved everything about it. Best bike I have riden, well 916 Foggy Rep one of only 200 and a BSB Spec Gixer 1000 with over 200bhp now that can give a man a whole new haircut !!!!

Bag of poo zx9r b1 hated every minute of owning it
