Hi guys, i still have the original can but currently on my bike is a beowolf with the baffle in my shed. It sounds f**kin gorgeous but some ex april owner told me it will give the bike power flat spots. I aint had tunnel vision yet but had her wide open through the early gears and seems fine. Basically is this can any good? I do have a lifetime guarantee with it that it wont discolour. Cheers for advice.
 
Beowolf are a great exhaust. take the baffle out, fit an open airbox and then a PC3. dont worry about he chipping stuff just go for the PC3 thats my next move. mates done it and it really smooths out and accelleration is better. also wack a 16T 43T sprocket set on. Dont get rid of the can mate.

Thanks rsv stupid, but i know im nieve but what the hell is a pc3 bud?
 
LOL, no problem matey, its a Power Commander 3 with USB. it allows you to take the bike to a dyno and have it tuned to obtain max performance. they are about £240 but second hand on ebay around £120. smooth every thing out and basically remap your ECU (engine control unit). Cheers Jonny
 
Sorry to be negative on this one but I agree there are huge flatspots. I was running a hooked, Beowulf with a Dr Rossi to suit. Sounded ace but was much flatter than with the Remus Revolution can I had on, difference was clearly noticeable. I wouldnt say Beowulf end cans are fantastic tbh although the noice is incredible.

Ditto on the running side , had a tri-oval beowulf and they sound bloody great but I felt the bike was not running right and put the bazzooka back on and deffo felt better . I only sold the beowulf because the hanger was not a neat fit , sounds daft but that how I am .
 
cheers guys, when the budget allows i will look to change. any ideas whats best and approx how much bunce?
 
Akrapovic, Leo Vince, Harris, Arrow and a few others mate. Im absolutely certain you could pick something along these lines over the winter period between £100-150 in good nick, just keep an eye on ebay and here lol.
