I am repairing some forks for somebody. The parts damaged are the washer at the top that goes between the spring and the preload plastic ring/grommet and a plastic grommet that goes on a metal tube further down inside the forkleg.
Anyway, they are on backorder with Ultimate parts, but Aprilia are dragging their ***. Its been 3 weeks now, and this dismantled bike is taking up my workshop.
Anybody know where I can pick up some spares or maybe a bent Showa fork leg?
