Base model suspension set up

Hi folks, long story but I have the chance to get a base model 1200 Caponord still in a dealer with demo miles on it. It's a 14MY in white with no extras other than the Arrow exhaust from Aprilia fitted. I reckon it would be a better bike handling wise than my current heavy crosstourer but need to know if there is any advice on suspension set up.

Suspension is very much a personal thing. Depends on your weight, riding style and type of ride you want. Lots of advice on how on google search. Basically comes down to setting static sag then tune the damping until you like it. Gives a starting point at least.
