I'm looking for new bar ends and got a set of universal ones and they didn't look right. Has anyone found a good set that look good with out bars?

I'm still with the std originals. But if you change make sure they are sufficiently heavy, not nice looking cosmetic jobs, as they help stop vibration in the bars from the big twin.
And any vibration transmitted through the bars will give you numb fingers, and potential nerve damage over the long run! (Google. 'Vibration white finger').
Incidentally, I find adding baffle back in on my 450mm Titanium oval, and riding hard at higher revs, can cause finger numbness on my Gen1. Changing exhaust note, and resonance, makes a big difference.
