Baglux tank cover

Hi all , has anyone got a baglux tank cover on their bike? I bought my bike in feb and it came with a host of extras , the baglux luggage being one of them, the fitting is done with one strap routing under the tank but there doesn't seem much room for the strap to go under it, any ideas ?

I had one fitted to my Gen 1 Tuono. One strap goes under the tank in between the two throttle bodies and other strap goes around the headstock. Rear fixing points go underneath the mesh side vents. I attach the rear two fixing points first, then push the cover over the tank. I also use 2 penny washers either side and a longer screw to clamp the cover, to try and prevent the tank cover holes elongating and tearing.

Forgot to say, for ease of feeding the strap under the tank, I use a piece of mains cable as it stiffer and tape the strap to that and pull it through

Hi, many thanks for the advice, got it done but it was a bit of a palaver, great bit of lit tho , just back from a 650 mile trip up north of Scotland, went to fort William via Oban, then next day from fort William to mallaig then the ferry to Skye , down to elgol, a must if you havn't been then back via the bridge to fort William, simply love the tuono !! What a great bike ! ;-)
