I have just got a 2004 my RSVR Factory and ordered a new Baglux tank cover as i commute odd days on the bike and have been using the baglux system on my last bike!

Has anyone else bought a tank cover for this model??

How well did it fit??

I just got mine through and it simply doesn't sit right or line up despite being the right model for the bike etc....

I have to admit you dont see them S/H for the newer model very often and it is a bit of a crime to cover up that shapely tank before you say.....

Your comments welcome :confused

Hi bud, i recently had one for my Tuono and it was the same, everything lines up great but ut seems very "stiff"!! I emailed Bagster/Baglux and they recommend "massaging" the cover before fitment to soften it up! I have sold mine on as it was the wrong colour so can't tell if it worked!!

I use my Kriger tail pack on the new tank fitting they have brought out....brilliant, and you can still see the tank.....and you can put it on and off in seconds.

The trick with the tank covers is to warm them up 1st. Stick it in the airing cupboard overnight.

However I did get one for my current RSV & the fit wasnt good. The stitching seamed just a bit out, making it look sloppy.

Got a link or pics?

Here ya go gents

nice bike! I use a cut out sticky silicon mouse pad from GF's old promo from work. not glue no mess and wash it and stick it back. :)

baglux doesn't look too pretty but the fit will be better once it's been warm. Better to fit them in summer really! I only use mine to grip the tank now. I hardly ever put the bag on it
