Audi style side light

Been playing today with my headlight. Always liked the Audi style side lights and had them on my old firestorm so decided the rsv was gonna have some too. All comments welcome:thumbup

not bad,did you "drill" the light surround to fit the led's .or is it a strip of them stuck to the light surround?

Wasnt that hard to do really. Got the leds from maplin they was about £8. Then strip off the front fairing and take out the headlight. This is the tricky bit as when you have the headlight out you need to seperate the glass from the housing. I ran a stanley blade around the edge of the glass then levered it away carefully. With it all apart i measured and drilled the light surround then fiitted the led strip from behind. I wanted a look that was as close to factory as poss and i think its not far off. I have done quite a few of these on various cars/bikes also done a few hid retrofits too. I would say if you like the look go for it or send me your headlight and some beer tokens and i will do it for you lol...

nice job,I take it you tapped into the side light,do they go out when on full beam ? or have you got a "diode" wired in?...
