Are they the 'shorty' type Hector? How many pieces of silver have to cross your palm to aquire the said item?

I've just fitted shorty Pazzos to mine (bought on here)
They look quite trick ... but do they make any difference?
Probably not as I always tend to use 2 or 3 fingers anyway, even with long levers
