It is always the same bloke that answers the phone with same excuse, I should know I rang him every week for approx 9 weeks, suppose when you are only spending small amounts of cash they dont care if you ask for a refund. , the excuse I got was (someone on the RSV Zone had given the info out about the jet, and they couldn,t produce them quick enough), he also went on to tell me that not all the info we get on the RSV Zone is correct :jack ?. He should know, been selling parts for years,:confused,:jack however I did order a filter kit at the same time and that came within 5 days
.
 
What did they expect... f'kin appraisals . If a company cant be bothered to reply to emails and take over a month to realise they are pi##sing people off then they should have the decency to refund the monies and appologise :rant:angry

Please fellas do yerself a favour and DON'T go down the Aprilia Yorkshire (ultimate parts) route. Use a dealer you can rely on, one to name is Motorcycle Maintenance in Leigh, if your up north, one call and it will be sorted. I've had stuff on order from Ultimate parts since November last year with no joy, infact spoke to them today about another part and their holding me to blame for a package that has gone missing that they sent recorded delivery. Go bust and give everybody a break, at least we'll know not to place orders from a firm that treats it's customers like a sack of ***** :jack
 
6 weeks or more now with my order for the jet upgrade im beginning to think ill never get it now... fed up of ringing them and emailing them to the same old story :jack:jack:jack
 
Over a year ago I ordered the clutch jet from them and it arrived fairly promptly but within 2 weeks people were posting the same sort of problems as above. The excuse thjey got was someone (probably me) had let everyone know about this 'fix' therefore there was a rush.
I guess they take our orders and money then have to invent excuses when Aprilia can't supply the parts. If they'd only communicate with us and tell us the truth I'm sure we'd be a lot more understanding. This kind of non customer service means they're as bad as the last lot that ran (?) 'em and the lot before them. Let's go on a mission and make sure no-one orders from them again.
 
Never used MMC,RSVR are next day in most cases with prompt emails.Same subject don't use D&K,four weeks for a set of Givi soft panniers,Buy now on Fleabay.Delivered in four,YES,FOUR WEEKS!!!
 
Touch wood, the only part I've needed is a new mirror after dropping the bike in the garage :roll while putting on the paddock stand..Looked on ebay and most people paying more for a second hand one than they cost new:eek:

My localish dealer is 'Cobb & Jagger', they had one in stock..:doug:doug

Oh dear, let's hope it's something they already have on the shelf. then you may be lucky and get it before summer ends. Otherwise ............ ????? Why don't you get on the blower to them and ask if they have it in stock (first) then ask when can you expect yours.

While i was out today the postie left a card saying i had a parcel so hopefully itl be my kit

talking to a rep from aprilia yesterday and aprilia yorkshire arn't aprilia recognised just use the name
