Why dont they attend the bike shows....was looking at the listing for the NEC show and again NO Aprilia stand FFS

Dont they want to sell bikes FFS :dunno .....

Bottom line is Aprilia still are not making money.

With the limited budget available the Milan show gets the nod cos it's more widely covered by the press.

From what I understand Piaggio are still picking up the bill and then some. It's Ford and Aston Martin all over again. One day Aprilia will legitimately make some money and imagine what sort of bikes they'll be able to turn out then. Once, or maybe if is more accurate, that happens then Moto Gp's could be a possibilty some time in the not too distant future. I've no doubt that Aprilia would love to develop their own Desmo type rep. So would I come to think about it!:inlove

Or maybe they're just typical Italians and they'll turn up late or the following day, albeit with an inimmitable sense of style and flamboyance and also impeccabley dressed.:laugh

Totally off topic, but it made me smile..

About 5 years ago, took my lad to 'Western Super Mare' on hol (someone has to go there) and on the front, they were having a display of military helicopters flown in by various airforces..

Couldn't understand why out of maybe 10 copters only one had a small crowd around (mostly women) when I got there, it turned out to be the Italian Airforce, and even I had to admit the crew were stylish.(complete with ray bans). The English women were almost besides themselves..

Bella bella..

There should be bikes there on display, which models & how many i don't know

This will be through club aprilia stand

Its because they put all their money into developing a back brake that works, and a self bleeding clutch.
