Does anybody know if the aprilia titanium chip needs something different to work other than just plug in and go? I've heard many stories about what there calling daughter boards or anti scramble boards or something,does anybody know anything about this at all?

Thanks alot that was very helpful,it's abit to take in with set up on the milles,mine has a standard airbox and a pipe and renegade 10 chip, it does smell rich as though it's over fuelling,but better rich than lean isn't it? Would I benefit from a k and n air filter at all? I didn't even know about these trim things how is anybody supposed to know what these are set at? But thanks for your help was very helpfull

Trim adjusters either slow down or speed up the injector fueling .... slow lean / fast rich .. Most decent performance eprom will have this activated so more accurate tuning is possible , but have found over the last 5ys of tuning my own bike that sometime having to many thing to play with isn't always a good thing .. Own way to many eproms & my Titanium eprom wasn't overally impressed with it performance or its fueling table .. Alan's / DR Rossi's eproms take out alot of he guess work of trying heaps of different Chips as he can put together one suited for your modifcations well worth giving him a PM & see what he can do for you . A re-cleanable type K/N -BMC etc airfilter are good to have not only due to the fact you can reuse them but they do flow more air which for a
