Not far from you!
Well, after a few weeks of programming/machining this is what ive managed to come up with, a one off custom front sprocket cover! :biggrin

Machined from HE30 solid billet aluminium, bead blast then anodised Red and finally engraved using a CNC Machining centres, pattern taken from original using CNC measuring equipment.

A total One off though im now wondering do i need to get some antithieft bolts?? (Yes i do) lol

Cheer for the positive feedback its always nice to hear :thumbup

I cant see me ever mass producing them as theres just to much work involved and it wouldnt be cost effective.

Nice one UK.
By the way, all of the threads I see on reservoir caps seem to show one threaded cap and one secured with two screws. Mine has large (brake) and small (clutch) threaded caps. Is this normal? (Oh my God, don't tell me I'm not normal!!!???)

I will have a closer look at mine soon and measure them up so i got a pattern to work from.
My brake one has the 2 little screws in the top and the clutch cap is smaller and threaded like yours, it might be that yours was replaced at some point or they are just like that on different year's of bike im not sure :dunno
