There has been a lot of talk on here regarding the fleeces. A company I have ordered clothing from in the past sent out their catalogue today and I noticed there was Aprilia items in it. Having just checked their site I thought some of you may also wish to visit it! Click HERE to visit.

Delivery is normally very quick and the items I've bought have been of very good quality :smilie

I suddenly remembered seeing the Aprilia stuff in the catalogue and thought it would be of interest to others on here. Sorry for putting temptation in your path when there's plenty of ways to spend money with Xmas looming!! You bit quick mate!!

Not at all :thumbup, any link or stuff to do with aprilia is welcome m8. Hope i dont get too tempted now i got the mille back but i have got a nice warm rsvzone fleece so wont be needing one of those for a while :thumbup

Thankfully I have clothing from the last 3 bikes, all different, so don't NEED any clothing at the moment. Just as well really as the credit card is still suffering from the expensive service on the Ducati........ before it got traded!!

How long can 'I' resist some Aprilia clothing though............. :uhoh

I seen some aprilia clothing at the NEC and the prices were the same as in the shops so didn`t bother and needless to say the stall was empty , ive too got loads of bike related clothing after the most recent departed kawasaki z12

cheers dave but no thanks had it all before and for the money i will be getting my aprilia stuff from rsvr47 as the quality and price is better than the original kit it is normally shoddy and over priced( my longsleeve i got off him is the best i,ve had in years)i,ve also been to southern cross and he has made them kit and saw them in some quality fleeces aswell:thumbup

Yep agree with rs3 mille I looked at them clothes at the bike show and the quality wasn't up to much and the sizes come up small and the price is too high so yes they look good on paper but up close No thanks.....

OUCH :scared just look at those prices no thanks i will stick to the quality i can produce:thumbup

£65 for a hoody at the NEC are you shitting me......the 'Prilia clothing is as ridiculous as the Honda/GAS crap....way too expensive and knowing my luck would shrink first time it was washed!!

From that aprilia site it is £34.99 for a polo shirt with aprilia written on it:scared if you want it go for it, then go and see the doctor and get your head looked at:dunno

sorry dave if i sounded bad didn't mean to buddy:thumbup
just seen southern cross's hoodys they look cool i;m going to invest in one.
need to pm gaz i'm sure they do these for this site(without southern cross on) aswell but i think i'll keep it basic without me name on and the aprilia was squared off looked awsome! bet you can get these half the price of the hoodys in the nec show! and the quality is awsome aswell !

Yeah I know wot you mean New Boots, think I saw the same stand on Sunday (the last day), selling Aprilia t-shirts at £24.99, a real bargain Not!
Don't think they sold many.

I got one of the long sleeved genuine Aprilia t-shirts off ebay from Dennis Winter M/c's for £25 last year.

Have now ordered a fleece and long sleeved T-shirt from RSVR47's mate, should be with me in time for my mille to go away and the engine re-built. Excellent timing.

Rsvchris, whats wrong with your engine then :dunno:confused

There's nowt wrong with my engine apart from not enough power:biggrin

I foolishly purchased a '03 colin edwards rep engine complete with airbox, 57mm TB's and a set of Aprilia SBK Twin Akro's. I then foolishly spoke to Southern Cross who said by crossing there palms with silver they could strip the CE rep engine and do a little tinkering and then fit it into my Y2k RSVR boosting the rear wheel power from 119bhp to 140bhp:thumbup

Unfortunately it means my mille is going to be off the road for a little while to get this work done, not so bad if the weathers gonna be crap anyway.

So really what we're talkin' about here is the start of one kick-arse Mille....you jammy bugger!!!:thumbup

Oh rite :thumbup, just thought you had problems as ive had my fair share. Anyway where did you get the colin edwards kit from, ive seen them advertised on e bay for £50 including the intakes.. not a bad price but if that mod is done will the bike need to be fine tuned and set up to run with the mods .

I did pick it up on ebay actually, was a bit dubious about it to start with but collected if from a guy in St Albans, it was exactly as he said. Will find out how good it really is once Southern Cross take the heads off.

My mille started life like yours a Y2k which I bought new in 2001. Gradually over the years I've tinkered and fitted loads of extras, full ohlins, full Carbon bodywork, RSVR Plastic tank, BST Carbon wheels and had the suspension set up by MCTechnics in Stowmarket. The engine is the last part can't wait to get it all done and back on the road:biggrin

Sounds like you spent a packet on it :thumbup, post some pics so we can all drool over it . Its the mod pics that empties my wallet which aint too clever but hey what else have you got to spend it on :devious. Mine is pretty much bog standard apart from the :hail AKRA and the higher flip screen which is a blessing head banging bufferting ,there is a lot of mods that can be done to the bike and im looking forward to getting to grips with a few over the next few months :thumbup.

Just glad ive got a real bike that looks and sounds like a bike should rsv style :woohoo:yes
